Finally, our Mr Foo tied the knot on 4 October 2009 with his beloved wife! He was such a man that is always happy, always positive and you hardly hear him complain or feel stress. That's really a good point of him... be with him always and be imparted of his happy-go-lucky behavior. =) Happy for him that he's finally married! Haha... whenever I see him, I will surely ask... AH FOO, when are you getting married... and early this year, as early as March I think, he started to ask how much I spent for my wedding last year. So.... that was where the good news began! Hoho.... Congratulations again and have a blessed marriage!

The only dish I'm looking forward in every wedding... Braised Shark's Fin Soup with Crabroe.

Steamed Patin 'Hakka' style
Salad Prawns & deep-fried soft shell crab... first time in my life enjoying soft shell crab and this was really really awesome! Forget bout the hassle to peel and get poked and then dig out the crab meat, but this... dump into your mouth and start chewing. Awesome!
When this dish was served, Jonathan Chan started to say "Ladies first"! Lol...never hear him said this when all the chickens or shark's fin were served. Braised Assorted Mushroom wrapped in Chinese Cabbage.
This look more like a personal plate of fried rice than a big plate for 10 rite. Haha.. Thanks to my photography skill =.=... Fried rice with bean sprout & teo chew spicy sauce.
