Sendat Waterfall @ Ulu Yam

Pictures credited to Kelvin Mok for such skillful and quality snaps! Instead of normal eat and eat outing, the committee decided to go for waterfall! Nice! But, beware of leeches and bring salt... our waterfall day was unlucky because it rained heavily in the middle of the night and when we left home, it was still drizzling. And thus, the leech appeared! I hate it.... and I got bitten! Yucks!

It's a Noodle Bar @ Bangsar Village II

This place was suggested by Jenny for the farewell of our few colleagues..... The name of this restaurant is kinda unique, instead of the normal name with the word "MEE" like All About Mee...

Watermelon (RM9), Apple (RM9), Soya Milk (RM5)

And I ordered this ~ Pineapple, orange and mint ice blended (RM9). I would rather order this blended drink since it's the same price as fruit juices. =D

Chicken flat rice noodles ~ Shredded chicken, chives and prawns in chicken and prawn soup (RM9.50)

Braised beef brisket noodles ~ Beef tripe, tendon, topside beef and radish with fine egg noodles (RM12.50)

Tomyam Seafood Vermicelli ~ Fish, prawns, squid in spicy clear soup. RM14.50

Asam Laksa ~ Kembong fish, pineapple, cucumber, chilli and shrimp paste with lai fun (RM9.50)


And I ordered this! Golden sauce noodles ~ Kembong fish, pineapple, cucumber, keropok with lai fun in spicy and sour sauce (RM9.50). Quite special because instead of asam laksa, this is something like kunyit laksa with santan. Worth trying.. =)

Indonesian baba noodles ~ Chicken, potatoes, eggplant in spicy curry sauce (RM9.50)


Good to hang out because it has wifi and nice environment.

Delicious @ Bangsar Village II

The pictures below were the first contribution from my beloved Panasonic Lumix LX3! I love the camera and when I was using it, I was smiling wide because I do not have to try hard to take a non-blurred-picture. One snap and the result is pretty good! I love it! The shutter speed sound is so convincing to me that I know the picture is gonna be great!

Pan-seared Crispy Skin Salmon served with Coriander Relish, Asparagus & Fried potatoes (RM39.90)

Mascarpone Pesto Chicken served with Fried Potatoes & Asparagus (RM39.90) ~ This meal is for two persons ok! It's just like half chicken and first time in my life I had half chicken. So, I had half and the other half I tapao! Yummy dish because there were cheese stuffed underneath the chicken skin.

Menu of the day ~ Lamb! This was the most expensive dish for the day!

Total bill for the day and thanks to Gan!!! We will work smart ok, but not hard. Hehe... =D

Thanks for the appreciation lunch and I really appreciate it, at least better than nothing rite. At least there is something to appreciate the staffs, even though the increment sucks but at least I still have that few ringgit increase to get maybe 3-4 times of MCD delivery. At least, better than some companies that got no increment. At least la............................... so, give thanks. Anyway, we suggested the appreciation lunch to be at Alexis The Gardens since I've not been there before and the food looks quite good.

My colleagues ~

Chicken Escalope (RM35) ~ thyme infused fillet of chicken, rocket & roasted cherry tomatoes. I really don't like this because of the dryness and the taste was just like a normal fried chicken breast. I think KFC tastes better than this........ so, not a good order.

Spaghettini seafood parcel (RM38) ~ baked with tiger prawns, mussels, calamari & parsley. A must order because this is superb!!! Awesome spaghetti............

Seafood Pizza ~ Look at the abundant vege on top of the pizza and Ieta said that it was COW day. Hahaha... almost every dishes were served with this type of vege, and it tastes so pure GREEN. If you know what I meant here... Or, do you know the grass smell when the gardener cuts grass? The taste is just like that.... haha.

Soft shell crab tempura (RM20) ~ Served on cold soba. Soft shell crab is good, but I just do not know how to enjoy cold soba food. It's cold ok. Hahaha.... and cold food definitely not for me. ;)

My favourite and a must to order!!! Look at all the yummy cakes....

Paulour RM15 per piece.... such a big piece and the crust tastes good because it's not really hard, but when you bite, it will melt in your mouth. Just like the candy cotton.

Mango Cream Pie (RM12.50) ~ Good as well. Overall, the dessert is really good and I like it!!

Total bill for the day ~ RM2,176.95.. Wow, first time in my life I saw such an expensive bill.
