Sleep : Hmmpph! It is just so tempting to get my sweet girl a Geetha mattress. We've surveyed the price and it cost RM352 for a custom made mattress in Midvalley. We've considered a fully latex mattress topper for her as well and it cost RM229 for one piece. It is either we get the Geetha mattress or the mattress topper. My head has been bloated with the idea of just get a customized Geetha mattress, at least we got the size right and nice and suits the baby cot. The mattress topper cannot be customized and the size does not suit our current baby cot and it is a bit dangerous if we were to let her use it. We already have a baby mattress made of coconut fibre but I dislike it much! It is hard, hot, not comfy, and yes, my baby girl dislikes it as well. She prefer our Kingkoil mattress more than her own bed. =.= And I dislike it when my baby sleeps with her sweat, not to blame on the hot weather, fan is already no 2, I woke up with blanket covered my body, but she woke up with sweat. What do you say? Poor baby...... So tempted to get the Geetha mattress. But I'm afraid that she might love Geetha too much that in future when she's on any ciplak mattress, she can't sleep. Sigh ... Coconut fibre supposed to be a good mattress, but somehow it does not work as it should. Unless we got cheated... lolx
Food : We introduced potato + carrot puree and she loves it so so so much! Finished everything in 5 mins and she wants more! Ended up I made some cereals for her... haha!
So far, she has tasted:
1) Ninolac Rice Cereal 4mths (no allergy)
2) Cerelac Rice Cereal 6mths (allergy)
3) Heinz Apple & Mango puree 4mths (no allergy, she doesn't like it cause sour)
4) Heinz Peas & Zucchini 4mths (no allergy, but she dislike the vege smell)
5) Heinz Farley's Rusks 6mths (no allergy, she loves it. But mommy dislikes it, because too sweet)
6) Home cooked porridge with anchovies + carrot (allergy)
7) Bellamy's Organic Baby porridge (no allergy, she loves it when added some milk)
8) Cerelac Rice + Soy (lil of allergy)
18.4.12 ~ Ninolac Wheat and milk cereal 6 mths ( no allergy, but high sugar content. Mommy dislikes it)
Best moment this week: She melts my heart every evening when we pick her up from bbsitter's house. The moment she sees us, she kicks excitedly, smiles widely, cooing, shake shake body.. She's a gem! Love her so much! Besides, she's on all fours now. She loves to lift up her entire body, go on fours and then shake shake her body... what a great dancer. Haha!
Favorite Toy : Baby Fan with light.... she's just amazed at how the fan stops spinning when her fingers reach out to the spongy blades. So, this is a perfect toy that we always use when we get her changed. Otherwise, she would be screaming and rolling everywhere on the bed...
