How to make chicken stock!

The chicken stock that my MIL makes taste really delicious! It's so pure and healthy and has such a fragrant smell. And she packed nicely into few packets and when we wanted to cook them, just defrost and melt them with a low fire and add in some mee, salt, eggs, and any ingredients that you want and it can be really delicious! So, I learn this recipe from her...very simple!

Ingredients:
1) A bunch of carrots
2) A bunch of celery (if you do not have plenty of chicken bones, do not add too much celery)
3) Chicken bones (used up about 4 full size chicken carcass, add more if you have bigger pot)
4) 5 big onions

Steps:
Dump all the ingredients in a big pot and boil with slow fire as long as you like. I boiled until those bones were soft and became tasteless. Approximately about 5 hours.

And the mee soup that I cook with the chicken stock! So delicious.....

Make sure you drink the soup until finish because it contains natural chicken stock and not the artificial MSG. You can add any extra ingredients that you like, eg fishballs, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot for color, eggs, crab stick... if you add none of those also nvm cause the soup alone is already so tasty! =)

And these packs of chicken stock will be used when I'm back from work late, and yet I can have such a healthy meal at home! Try this and you will have a good long life health, with a big Salary cause you had the whole bunch of "celery". Haha! Store these packs in the freezer, that big pot of mine can make up to 4 packs of chicken stock. It's a lot!
