TGI Fridays' @ 1 Utama

This food post is mainly to tempt my friend, Chih Lih who is now working hard in Hanoi, Vietnam. Whenever I blog bout food, it reminds me bout her, and the more I think bout her, the more I wanted to upload more appetizing drooling food pics. Hahahahahha..
Hey Chih Lih, when you read this, this will definitely make you miss Malaysia even more, besides missing your beloved hubby. Also, to miss and remember me, always and forever! Wahahahahaha.
Regards,
Your Good and True Friend!!! *bluek* =P
TGI Fridays is no longer anything new to me, but the RM39.90 set inclusive of appetizer, main course and dessert make me want to visit them more, because it's worth! The portion is large, so 2 person for this 1 set is more than enough!
Boneless Wings ~ my favourite.. Previously was buffalo wings and now they changed to boneless wings. Sigh, still buffalo wings taste the best!!
Sizzling Chicken and Cheese ~ A sizzling skillet of onions and peppers together with garlic-marinated chicken breast over melted Colty and Jack cheeses. Served with cheddar cheese mashed potatoes. Well, this was really good, and eventually I swapped with Justin the Jack Daniels'.. haha.

Jack Daniel's Chicken (RM29.90) ~ Two juicy chicken breasts basted in a sweet, savory glaze. Served with seasonal vegetables, cheddar cheese, mashed potatoes and the original Jack Daniels' sauce. I shall give the ratings 7/10 because I'm not a lover of Jack Daniels' so it turned out to be a little sweet for my bud taste.. =)

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks @ 1 Utama

Can you believe that this was actually my first time eating XXL crispy chicken at Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks? Hahahaha...I can't believe it myself too, since this was so popular and found almost in every shopping complexes.. I always get to smell the fragrance of the fried chicken at 1Utama but I always don't get the chance to eat! Ish ish ish .... And finally, me and hubby decided to try this out, since we can't resist the temptation any longer. And then.. whack whack whack!! =D

XXL Crispy Chicken (RM6) ~ A large, tender and succulent piece of bone-in chicken breast, painstakingly marinated to perfection, coated with imported flour and fried to a golden crisp. Best eaten while hot and sprinkle the special blended oriental spices if you can take the spices!! Awesome!!!! But but... not for dieting women.. hahahaha.

Crispy Floss Egg Crepe (RM6)~ A generous amount of crispy chicken floss is placed on top and the crepe is rolled up and cut to bite sized pieces. This was really delicious, because I love chicken floss... haha.

Handmade Oyster Mee Sua (RM6) ~ A special stock comprising 5 core ingredients, brewed over a slow flame, forms the soup base for the imported mee sua. Only handmade mee sua is used for its superior flavour and texture. A generous amount of oysters and shredded chicken is added before serving! If you like oyster, then go ahead for this, too bad... I just don't know how to enjoy oyster.

Shocked and Speechless!!

I was totally shocked and speechless when I went to the Ladies at another floor in my office. I really can't believe when I see it with my own eyes. This notice was just like a public toilet notice, perhaps worst than the Sg Wang toilet.. I really do not want to admit that this is my office at that moment. So memalukan! How embarassing it is!! How can this notice be put up in a big MNC company like this?? It will be totally embarassing especially when there is a customer visit! Imagine customers from Japan/US/UK came and have a visit to the Ladies too and they saw this.... arrgghh!!! They might think, wow, is this a 3rd world country, pee also have to teach in the office??? =.=" *no eyes see*

I wonder who put up this notice, main entrance one, and also in the other 3 pee rooms....

And this was the detailed version what was typed and stuck on the wall. Well, perhaps the person that printed out this was totally blown out by the attitude of peeing, not the attitude of working. And, the way she described this was like, why cannot it be cat/tiger/rat... watever, but why must it be man/dog?? Don't tell me her man does pee everywhere on the ground, on the wall, on the bowl..everywhere?? That was why she described man? Geramnya.... just don't know why I was so angry... but, you can say nicely in words rite? Need me to teach ar??? Even if you're not satisfied, say properly... u're not any cakai employee. Ishhhhh.....

A nomad working life~

Thank God I have internet wherever I go; Sitiawan, Banting, Penang, otherwise I will die! Seriously, internet is sooo important to me, without it, I just feel like my life is rather meaningless, I just do not know what to do if I do not have Internet. My whole day will just be :( and I will walk up and down, not knowing wat to do. It just happened to me last night and this morning, when the telephone line was out of service. Sigh, TNB oh TNB, kamu buat kerja apa ni?

So, let's back to the topic for today. Hehe... Well, today there's nothing bout food, but work! With the current economy situation in the world, stay still with your job, do not hop left and right looking for a job with a higher pay. You will never know the job that offers you the high pay will kick you to the highest too! So.... remain where you are now and be thankful that you have a job! Move on when the economy is stable...... listen yea everyone!!

Anyway, my working life is just like hopping down and up and down and right and down again! Well, pls do not misunderstand that I'm a job hopper, indeed I'm rather a nomad worker as I do not stay still in one location for more than 6 mths! My team is always the lucky one to shift down and up and up again and then down and right and then down finally! Conclusion, we left our footprints and buttprints at different floors in one year. Well, of the many floors that we left our remarkable prints, I love the most is B5. Look at the view below and you will know why I like B5 more than the other floors.

1st Reason : Can you see the place I actually put my calendar? Well, this was also the spot I placed my wet tupperwares to dry. I miss this! Haha...

2nd Reason : At B5, my things were all nicely arranged.. unlike at A6 now, I was like keeping rubbish and more rubbish... :(

3rd reason : The perfect spot to renew my eyes dead cells when I stared at my laptop for hours!!!

4th Reason : The carpet is new!!!!! No smelly footprints, no stains... perfect!!! I can even walk barefooted... The worst carpet was at B2 when I encountered cockcroaches!!!!!! I've encountered enough at home, and in office I just can't escape also???? Cockroaches are just the worst insect in the world... especially female cockroaches with wings!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will blog again bout cockroaches in the next post.. because that's the most scary insect!!!!

5th Reason : At 5:15pm, I will change my post to be a police traffic, to monitor the traffic from PBD to Damansara (my home sweet home). Instead of monitoring tickets, I will be busy monitoring traffic. Hahaha... Any news, it will be reported to my hubby at B2 for early notification. This is the view I missed the most, sigh... at A6, I can only be a spy... spy if anyone in the next building doing anything wrong.

I guess the next place I will be shifting to is CYBERJAYA... will be a good neighbour to Lay Ling then.. hehehe. Hopefully everyone will shift at the same time, especially my hubby.. otherwise, I wil have to learn to DRIVE!!!!! Gosh..... driving..... ish ish ish....

Sweet Valentine at Restoran Noble House, Jalan Delima

Happy Belated Valentine's Day!!! It has been a year since I said I wanted to visit Noble House and my dream only come true today 15 February 2009, after having no fate with Noble House for almost a year. Sigh... finally, eventhough I get to try their chinese buffet here, but.... with my age and also the capacity of my stomach after dieting for wedding, I just cannot consume as much food as before. 2 rounds and I was like.... cannot breathe!!! So, for now... buffet is just not worth for me, forget bout buffet yea makan gang.. hehe.

Noble House was located at Jalan Delima, few KMs away from Jalan Imbi. It was kinda hard to find this restoran as it was kinda hidden in the kampung and we did make few turnings before we get to reach here.
NOBLE HOUSENo.19, Jalan Delima, Off Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
Tel : 03- 2145 8822 Fax : 03- 2141 3822

Private room if you have a bunch of friends to have lunch/dinner together... Buffet is located upstairs, so this room is not meant for buffet.

The normal dishes that you used to see in buffet...don't eat this, otherwise you will be full and don't get to try the expensive food or to make your money worth. haha. Look at the amount of dishes below... these pics were only half of it.. hehe.

The same number that we got during our wedding and now in our Valentine's Day. Eventhough they said this number is not good, who cares... because we are now free in the freedom of God!

My favourite and I took this much......... hahahaha. Don't get to eat this much in normal days, so now.. better eat kao kao and make it worth. hahaha.

I don't know what is this dish called.. but so so only la.. don't order this!

The char siew is good.... can try this.

And this is really good.... wine chicken soup... yummy.....

Justin's favourite duck.. unfortunately, I don't fancy duck..hehe.

And finally, the main purpose of this buffet is the shark's fin!!!!! However, kinda disappointed when I had the first sip of this awaiting soup... still, does not taste really good.. maybe 5/10?? Sigh... always wanting to go Noble House because of their shark's fin.. but.... :( Any recommendations where I can get good quality shark's fin?

Dessert time.......this was really good, had two bowls of this jelly with limau syrup. haha...
Caution : The more you eat this, the more tasty it will be !!

Fruits kingdom...and lastly we had icecreams, but I just don't fancy the normal ice creams anymore... currently addicted to King's Cappucino ice cream. Haha....
There are two types of buffet:
1) RM39 for normal shark's fin with crabroe (This was the package we took!)
2) RM50 for shark's fin in chicken wing. This sounds a bit funny, with the size of a chicken wing, how can they stuff shark's fin inside ....=.="
