Just Heavenly Chocolate Durian @ Pavilion

I always love durian and anything that deals with durian, I will not miss it! Recently, I noticed Just Heavenly in Pavilion selling Chocolate Durian Cake! Sounds interesting but I've not tasted Just Heavenly cakes, only heard of the name before and read some reviews that the cakes there are GOOD! So, I decided to try one.... and shall see how good is Just Heavenly cakes.

Chocolate Durian which cost RM10.90... I assumed they would use more cream + sponge cake instead of real durian but I was totally wrong!

Look at the inside........ it is stuffed with the real durian and only mix with a lil of cream. No cheapskate sponge cake or whatever, but layered with a dark chocolate coating! Sooooo delicious............ I didn't regret purchasing this piece of cake! Seriously... Furthermore, it's not that sweet compared to other cakes... the sugar level is just nice! Hope to try the next cake, Red Velvet which receives lots of recommendations! =)

Homemade Pork Burger

When I was young, my mom used to make pork burgers added with some chilli and tomato sauce and we will bring to school. Very simple breakfast but it's nice! So blissful .... and I thought of making only the meat and eat with porridge. This was the result of me being so lazy to cook.. Very simple and ever wonder how I made such nice round shape burger? The secret is to use an egg frying pan. At first I used that because it's small and easy to wash, but surprisingly it shaped up the pork meat too.... double bonus! =D
Ingredients :
- Chopped pork meat
- 1 egg
- dash of pepper and salt to taste
(If you like parsley, add some for extra fragrant)
- Chopped onion and garlic

The one and only one step:
1) Add some olive oil into the EGG frying pan to get the super round shape of burger and pour the mixture and cook until it's cook!

That's all!! Super easy .... and Nice!!
Happy Cooking!!
Oh yeah, this can be a very nice breakfast snack for your kids too ... plus it's super healthy compared to the processed burger. =)

Roast Chicken with Thymes

Roast chicken is always easy to cook and it's less oily. This meal can easily serve 2 persons and I would just cook a bowl of mushroom soup to go with it.

Ingredients :
- Thymes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soya sauce and dark soya sauce
- Dash of five spice powder
- 1/2 chicken
-Potatoes
- Onions

Steps :
1) Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients above (except for potatoes and onions) and leave overnight in the fridge for better taste.
2) Rub some butter (or you can sprinkle some olive oil) on the chicken's skin.
3) Cut potatoes into chips style and mix with some salt. Place them nicely around the chicken, do not overlap the potatoes.
4) Cut some onions and put at the bottom of chicken and pour some on the top of chicken for the onion fragrant smell.
5) That's all! Put in the oven and roast for 40mins at 160-180 degree celcius.

And it turned out to be like this!
So delicious!!
Try this at home.. it's a healthy food because NO OIL!
