Dry loh shu fun with minced meat

We woke up early in the morning last Sat just to go to the market and get some kampung chicken for double boil soup. While shopping for some veges, I saw this pack of loh shu fun which cost only RM1 for such a big pack, good for 3 eaters actually. Bought it to try and here goes the recipe....

Minced meat, fry with some sesame oil, garlic, soya sauce, dark soya sauce and add some Shao Xing wine. Don't forget salt too.

And for the loh shu fun :
1) Boil water and cook the mee. Don't overcook because it gets soft very fast. Probably about 3-5 mins. (Tips, after fry the minced meat, I used the same kuali to cook the mee. At least some "chap" in the kuali not wasted. hehe)
2) Drain the mee. Add soya sauce, dark soya sauce, sesame oil and dash of pepper in a plate and pour the mee, mix well.
3) That's all!!

To cook the soup, boil chicken bone and add some salt and pepper. Then throw in fishballs and lastly, vege and some chopped spring onion and also fried garlic.

Here it goes.......... very simple recipe for such a satisfying meal! And surprisingly, it tastes really good for a 1st attempt. Usually my 1st attempt always fail and only succeed after 4th-5th attempt, but this is too easy to cook and it turned out great! Can easily cook this especially after office hours when you do not have much time to prepare for food.

Ingredients that you need:
1) Loh shu fun
2) soya sauce
3) dark soya sauce
4) Minced meat
5) 1 stalk of spring onion
5) Pepper
6) Shao Xing wine
7) Sesame Oil
8) Salt

That's all !! =D
