Wardrobe in the Making

I still think it's always cheaper to customize your own wardrobe rather than buy the whole set. Sometimes if you get whole set of wardrobe, the quality is not really good because nowadays, the wood is laminated which is no good because after long use, the laminate will start tearing. Still, I prefer IKEA's quality of wood because it's solid and strong. We've asked the quotation for a built in wardrobe for our master room and it cost nearly RM5k for 5 doors. WOW... it's pretty expensive yeah. So, forget bout it.

The guy that helped us to customize our wardrobe. Very simple wardrobe because I only need the clothes rail.. that's the most important. Honestly, I'm lazy to fold clothes.. so hang is the solution. Hehe..

The fixings in action!

Finally!!!!! The 4 mirrored doors wardrobe! Nice Nice... and tis mirror door is the cheapest door among all the selections in IKEA. Can't believe rite... Notice that there's still one space just nice for one door wardrobe and in the end, we added one more which makes it 5 doors wardrobe. My biggest wardrobe ever! And now, inside already contains all junks. Bedsheets, bags.. all junks were dumped inside. Haha.

As simple as possible.... and I just love the holes in the cupboard which allows us to add-on any compartments easily.. in future.

And this is the most basic ... all clothes rail! Truly satisfied with this customized wardrobe... don't have to spend much, most important is practical! =D

  2. not really warranty also, but is like when I noticed the wood a bit chipped off, we just ask for replacement and 1 week plus.. they replaced everything nicely without headache.
