Fried and Soup Wonton

Just finished my satisfying lunch and well, good mood to cook something special instead of the normal fried vege, fried/steam fish, soup.. but today, I cooked fried and soup wontons, fishball soup and vege with oyster sauce!

Home made wontons.... excited after browsing through some recipes from the net.

Chopped pork, garlic, carrot, spring onion and marinated with soya sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, a little of sugar, dash of pepper and tablespoon of shao xing wine. Nice!

The preparation began.......... =D

I will do the wrapping while Justin will help to put the meat on top of the wonton skin.

Finally! Done!!

Fried wonton ~ Not bad, just that need to add more salt. Hehe.... =D

Soup wonton .... delicious!!!

Boiled vege with oyster sauce and sprinkled with fried onion! Justin loves this.... hehe. Proud proud!
And finally I asked Justin if he enjoys today's meal and of course, the answer is YES! And I continued: Well, if you wish to have such nice meal everyday, then I have to stop working and be fulltime home maker! Hahahahah.......... And Justin : Speechless.... LOL.
