In this world, many earthly things will fade away. When earthquake/tsunami strike, your money will be buried underneath the sand; when flood strikes your furniture will be swept away; when fire started deliberately your families might in danger... there are many unpredicted things in the world. Even one second is also not within our control, evermore how can you control people's mouth? It's just beyond our control because we can't force them to stop talking and back-biting!
It's you who decide how do you want to use your tongue. Of course, without a tongue you can't speak and without tongue, you can't consume food. Do you know how important is your tongue? When God created us, He created tongue so that we can speak and eat. But you are the one that choose; what words are going to lay on your tongue! "I am about to open my mouth; my words are on the tip of my tongue." It can be good healing encouraging words or it can be destructive words. "The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit." You can happily hurt people with your tongue, and you feel contented after you releases those words from the tip of your tongue, you really feel good after that and you feel like dancing! Have you thought of the consequences after releasing those destructive words? What benefit does it bring to you? Is it a temporal benefit or everlasting benefit? You CHOOSE it!!
Well, I don't care what people said bout me, as long as I'm living with my principle, integrity and respect I believe the world is fair enough to judge in DUE time. Of course, humanly eyes won't be able to see and understand just in a second, but God is looking from the above. In all circumstances I really give thanks because I have God! At this moment, God is the only one that I can hang on to and God is the only person that I can trust and lay down all my concerns. People may not trust me, but I know God is there with me! People may back-biting me, but I know God is the honest judge of all! People may say that I'm unfair, but God is the one to judge whether I'm bias! Therefore, I shall not judge now, whether people are good, people are bad, people are unfair... I will leave all the judgment to God. "they will sing before the LORD, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his truth." Throughout this whole situation, I really give thanks because through this, I draw so much closer to God and trust Him more and more! I believe everything that happened, there is a purpose behind and in due time, God will reveal it.
Sometimes when people are not happy with you, you will intend to curse. But curse not! Remember, choose your life! You choose either you want to live your life with righteousness or with a cursing life... choose it! "I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you." "The LORD's curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the home of the righteous." So, curse not but live in righteousness. Don't forget, your life in this world is TEMPORAL, and your future life is either Heaven or Hell. Aren't you afraid that you have done so many bad things today and you died tomorrow and worst case, you do not have time to repent? Aren't you afraid of that?

I really couldn't stop giving thanks because indeed God has enlightened my eyes to be able to see what normal eyes couldn't see and to hear what normal ears couldn't hear. No matter what happened in this world, I will not leave the world in regret because I know, I have lived my life with love and compassion and most importantly, fulfilling the great commission and great commandment. Life is really full of challenges and with the strength of God I will definitely be the conqueror. "in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us."
"If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies."

Psalm 91
Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God
Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
